WOW...im soooooo happyyy...i went to my doctor and he said if i keep going i could lose up to 60 pounds!!!

well ive been running ALOOOOOT ..
but most of all its my diet..im not eating like ANYTHING exept milk and salad and chiken breast boiled in water..
it reaaaallyy works!!! good luck
