Ht. 5'7, Wt. 221.5 - I know it's bad to way yourself everyday but it gives me motivation. is that bad? like when i gain a little it maked me want to prove the scale wrong and when i lose a little it makes me feel like i could lose all the weight. do you think that is ok?
