Ht. 5'9, Wt. S200.C199.G150 - hey everyone.. a new day is upon us yet again. Today however, not only do I have the tip for the day but I have a challenge from me to you. I challenge each of you to exercise for atleast 10 minutes. Don't do it to prove to me or anyone else you caan.. but do it to prove to yourself you can.. Who knows maybe you'll enjoy it, keep in mind the whole time the longer you go the more cals you burn thus making your weight loss goal closer! Come on take the challenge I've givin you. ten minutes isnt very much, 45 is the recomended amount for someone trying to lose or maintain weight

Good luck to everyone one today with their weight loss... dont eat caramels or other fatty foods, you'll see the results sooner and you'll be all around more happy.. well happier than that brownie made you for those 5 minutes. Come on WE CAN DO IT!!
