Ht. 5"1, Wt. 143 - Hello everyone, Im Jessica and i need some advice and tips on how to lose weight. Ive been chubby all my life and its really hard cuz i have a super skinny twin and super skinny parents, people always comment on how much bigger i am than my twin and we couldnt be related. Well I have lost some weight about a year or 2 ago i was 152 and went all the way down to 128 but i lost all that weight hoping to look better for a boy (and myself) well that boy likes me for who i am and now we are dating for a year now, the bad part is im so comfortable around him i feel fine eating alot and he tells me im beautiful and of course we go out and eat alot and i gained so much weight this year, but he did too so actually we both need help, my mom also went to prison a year ago and ive been living on my own and have no money so i cant afford any special food or join a gym or anything. My whole life my mom has been trying to get me to lose weight its made me feel worse about myself cuz she would buy me things like pills and slim fast and some electric shock thing to put on my tummy i hate all of it i know this stuff dont work the only thing it did is cause my brother to pick on me worse, hes made me feel worse about myself than anyone, he calls me fat and fat ass all the time and in front of his and my friends so you see i dont have much family support but i would really like to make my mom proud since she is so depressed missing out on our lives i want to be thin when she comes home in Feb. i also want to be thinner for my boyfriend even though he loves me the way i am and maybe i can help him lose weight for wrestling and of course i want o lose weight for me
