Ht. 5'5, Wt. more then it looks - ok today i ate a pack of poptarts 200 cals and abanana. when i got home from school i ate a yogurt and a 100 cal pack of cookies so 240 cals then break at work i ate another poptart 200 cals then my sis got me a philly cheese steak...i have no clue how many calories were in it probably like 500 and then i ate some cookies eep so that was about 300 so total i had 1400 cals ..which isnt soo bad but yeah what i ate wasnt so good...im also very confused about some things... i never go above 1800 calories even when im not on a diet but i never seem to lose weight..i normally run every night too i just dont know whats wrong... if yall have any suggestions that would be GREAT!

Helen you have to understand its not only about how much calories you eat. Sure you probably only ate a good amound of calories in that day, but you had poptarts which is full of sugar and makes the body fat. You guy on here have to realize its not only about the calories but trans fats, sugars, and other factors. I mean if you eat 200 calories of fruit compared to 200 calories of poptarts you will get some fat from the pop tarts because they are full of sugar.
I hope this helps you, so remember not to only look at calories but exactly what you are eating and if its fatty.
