Ht. /5'7, Wt. 255 - okay i have been doing okay on my diet but not good enough i need a buddy asap please respond some one that we can help each other out not make me feel bad like some of yall do so some please be my weight loss buddy i know i am 255 my doc told me 2 lose 30 -50 pounds to look average bacasue he does not belivie when the scale goes to the number it does
