Ht. 5'6, Wt. 220 - well i have comletely slacked off for the last three months i feel so disgusting. i want to lose at least 30 pounds before february 16th because i am going on a holiday to visit my family and friends in New Zealand! i am so excited but i want my people i know to say wow she looks great rather then what the heck happened to her, you know what i mean? and i definitely want to be down to my goal weight (140) by january 2007 which is when i am going as an exchange student to Germany. i know thats a long way away, but it is going to take me a while to lose all this weight.
