Ht. 5' 6", Wt. 148 - Im trying so hard to diet. I exercise 3 times a week. And eat only 1200 cals a day. But I just gained 2 pounds. !!!!! My belly is so big I hate it so much fat help me.

2 pounds isn't much of a difference, it can be attributed to what you're wearing, water weight, or at what time of the day you weighed yourself.

Hey, don't get upset cuz if you've gained weight the first couple weeks. First of all, when you first start excercising and changing your eating habbits your body will kind of go into an alarm mode cuz of the change and will try to hold onto that fat. Second, since your excercising, your body will be building muscle and muscle weighs more than fat. So there, don't panic. It will take time to see results, but if you keep up what your doing, you'll deffinetly see results soon! Like with me, I'm lookin thinner since I started excercising (not the first couple weeks though. It might take up to a month or two to see results), and everyone says I have, but the sale hasn't budged. Anyway, hope I helped. Good luck!
