Ht. 5'5, Wt. more then it looks - hey johnny ...i know all that stuff counts but when your counting cals it just slips your mind so thanks for reminding me..but i dont like walking so yeah i run and treadmills drive me nuts .. but yeah i ran two and a half miles today.. it took me about 20 minutes...so yeah im gonna try and do 3 and a half so i can do a full thirty
Reply from Johnny, Age 16 - 10/23/05 - IP#: 24.102.182.xxx Thats good, cardio is the best exercise. if you want healty snacks eat cheerios without milk, peach yogurt, bannana, low trans fat granola bars or just check the nutrition info on the box for other healthy stuff. I have been eating those snacks when I get hungry usually and its been helping.
