Anyways, here's what I do, find ou thow many calories you burn a day by going to one of those websites where you can calculate that (Mine's around 2200, so yours probably is too), and whatever that says, subtract 500 from that to lose a pound a week, and actually, we can subtract 1000 to lose 2 pounds a week, then try to consume that many calories. As far as exercise goes, just try out different things until you find something you like (or a few things you like, cause doing the same thing over and over gets boring), and do that. Try to get at least 30 minutes of exercise at least 3 times a day.
