Ht. 5'5", Wt. 200 - I've been saying that I'm going on a diet for months now, but I always mess up the first day and say oh, I'll start next week.I do it every time I start a new diet.I really want to lose weight, I guess it's just I'm not motivated.Does anyone want to be weight loss buddies?Reply if you do.I'd like to drop down to 160 lbs, because I am very muscular.My cousin is coming in from Arizona during Christmas and I would like to have dropped some pounds by then.Maybe 10?Also, if you only drink water, what will it do?Reply please for all the subjects here.I'd like to start on Monday.I have a plan for exercise, but I just need to work out a few kinks in it, but liek I said I just can't stay motivated.Anyway, reply.
