Ht. 5'7, Wt. 156pds - Its so hard to lose weight. I keep telling myslef to " STAY AWAY FROM THAT COOKIE!" but i never do. or " Today im going on that diet" but it always seems to fail. i need some help. i should go to a hotel for like two weeks and only bring healthy food. sure that would work. and i could go swimming and to alittle gym there for excersise. But yea, like my parents would go for tat. if u have any tips, post.
