Ht. 5' 3'', Wt. start:175 now:137 - ok hi! i haven't been here in a while but do u have any good tips 4 me? i still need to lose 12 pounds but it's not coming off!! it took me a while to lose all the weight so far but i only have about 1 month left till my sisters wedding and i'm the brides maid!!! i may not sound like i'm overweight but i still look like i'm 150 lbs.!!!!!!!! can u pleazzzzze help?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
