Ht. 5'4, Wt. st 185 now 162 - So I thought this was the TEEN board not the PRE-TEEN board so how about we up the maturity level a bit, and if you want to act like 10 yr olds then go to PRE-TEEN board so the people that are here to really help eachother dont have to deal with bickering drama. Its old and overrated guys. let it go.............................. Anyways .. im going back to the gym tonight and im way stoked about that.. hopefully my lungs dont get mad at me though. today i had 1 cup of cherios with 2% milk and a 6 inch turkey breast with lost of veggies and mustard, a bag of baked lays and ice tea from subway . I also took this green tea fat burner pill this morning thats suppose to help burn more cals and curb appitite so i guess i'll see if it helps. dont know whats for dinner yet but im sure it will be okay and i'll have a snack tonight. so far so good. hope everyone else is doing good today. be strong. <3sami

This is such a nice site, and i'm here to help, and get help, give and take advice, so if any of you birds (not everyone) doesn't like it, don't read it. So simple.
