Just try slowly fading out most(not all, it's ok to treat yourself once in a while)of the junk food. I heard this story once. I know it may sound a bit weird, but stick with me. I have a point. There was this 30 year old man, who wanted to be a pyschologist, but he felt foolish going back to school, and being in classes with a bunch of people 10 years younger than him. Someone said to him one day. "One day you are going to be 40 years old. Do you want to be 40 years old and a pyschologist, or 35 years old and not a pyschologist?" The same thing applies. One day, maybe a year from now, you're going to look in the mirror. Do you want to look the same as you do now, or do you want to be thinner? You'll want to look thinner. Use that as motivation.
