Ht. 5'6, Wt. 200 or more - i know my cuz is like that but no one can help him this is really sad cause look his mom dies cause of obeasity and now him and his other cuz are stuck in a homeless shelter because they weigh like 500 lbs each and no one can take them in i feel so sad like if i continue to eat the way i eat i will be the same he is 12 and weighs over 500 lbs i do not know wat to do i want to try and help him loose weight but if i cant llose weight my self how can i help him loose weight i am soo sad i dont know wat to do ne more so if u have ne diet plans that i can try and my cuz can try write back or email or im me at ilovesummer189@Aol.com or babiboobooz@aol.com
