Ht. 5"4, Wt. 200 - i need to loose some weight bad.my family and friends always make fun of me like my sis she is 14 and the perfect size and my family members always pick her up and call her pretty and they look at me and walk away and wen i go shoppin i have to go were they have my size and i feel so ashamed and mad all of the time what can i do to loose the weight and rumb it in my families face?

my sister calls me fat all the time i feel so bad and hopeless we can get through this 2 gether mayb we can support each other
