Ht. 5'8, Wt. 175 - Hi everyone, Do you guys think I ate to much, to little or just enough today? I ate a small bowl of raisen bran cereal for breakfast, a small garden salad for lunch w/fat free dressing, 5 graham crackers (serving size 2 whole crackers, 130 calories and 35 fat cal.), and a small apple square (it's kinda like a poptart). Lol I know I ate alot of graham crackers but I'm not eating dinner tonight and I LOVE graham crackers haha. So please comment back. I walked from school today (a total of about 10 blocks) then I walked down my road,through the cemetary and back home (about a half mile) I also plan on going on the exercise bike/glider for 30 min. cause it's a prooven fact that 30 min of an activity that gets your heart flowing keeps your metabalism going for 13 hours even if it's after 7pm and your metabalism slows down for the night if you do 30 min of heart pumping activity it will keep going for 13 hours. My mom read that in a health magazine. So how did I do today?
