Ht. 56, Wt. 156 - ok u guys im really sorry for asking this lol.. i know every one hates this.. but if i put good effort into exersicing how much weight can i lose before christmas? hmm i really need a ruough estimate cuz ive never lost weight before.. so ya plz respond i need help! im new to this

I agree with Julie, I lose 2 a week and I know someone that loses 5 a week, we do the exact same things. Also, a factor in losing weight is your weight, the less you weigh the slower you will lose.

you are not fat if you just weigh 156 and is 5,6! That is a normal weight for someone your hieght and age! i dont think you need to lose any weight at all but do what you want!

Does it really matter? If you don't hear a number that you like are you not going to do it? Just eat healthy and get plenty of exercise, and see how fast you lose weight, and then plan on a time period. I, personally only lose a pound a month, even though I am doing everything right. Other people lose about 4 pounds a week. Weight loss has a bunch of different factors.

Depends how hard you try. If you ate around 1,200-1,500 GOOD calories a day. With a good ammont of exercise, you could drop 10-20 lbs!
