Ht. 4'11, Wt. 147 - Hey guys. I just wanted to know if you had any tips on getting started losing weight? I want to lose some weight by the time my Sweet Sixteen rolls around, and that's in February. I don't have a set amount of weight I want to lose, I just want to lose SOMETHING! I feel really unhealthy, and I know I need to make changes, but I'm not sure where to start. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

Hey, I know just how you feel, I'm the same height as you and it's kind of hard isn't it?? My goal is 105, I way 113 right now lost 15 pounds. ok, the best way to lose the first pounds is to eat lots and lots of fruit and veggies in replacement of other foods. workout while watching tv, or go running, or whatever, just do something. and don't feel pressured into eating anything by others. Only eat until you don't feel hungry anymore. I wish you luck. let me know how you do.
