Ht. 5'6, Wt. 180 - I have a question. A while ago, I formed a plan for me to lose about thirty pounds in around four months. It is a very good plan, but for some reason, I haven't been following it. II really want to shed these pounds -- what can I do to get me motivated? I really need some help, so what do y'all think?

Well, motivation really all stems from why you want to lose weight in the first place. If you're losing weight so you can fit into a certain pair of jeans you saw, buy the jeans, put them on a hanger and hang them on your wall so you can see them and think, if I really want to wear those, I am going to stick with my diet.
