Ht. 5' 6", Wt. 192 - Hyey everyone. My dream is too become a fitness model you know like Jennifer Chamberlein. I wish I had six packs abs lean thighs etc.. but Im still really fat and I dont know what do to become a fitness/bikini model. How much should I weight? How much should I lose? How can I lose the weight and build muscle? How long will it take. Please answer.
Reply from Julie, Age 17 - 11/05/05 - IP#: 4.242.171.xxx Yeah, it deffenately wont happen over night. I would suggest start to cardio and strength training, alternating days, so you lose fat and build muscle. But it really is impossible to give you a time line on what will happen when.
