Ht. 5' 6", Wt. 192 - Today was the worst day of my life. I went to a pool party for my friends birthday and she really rich so she invited my whole 8th grade class. I look REALLY fat in a bathing suit but I decided that it was ok. I wore this bathing suit when i was 160sh and I though it would still fit. It was really tight to get into but I got in (it was especially tight around my boobs and my stomch. Anyway, I went in the water and my goggles fell in so I bent over to pick them up and all my belly fat and my boob fat piled into the middle of mky bathing suit and it ripped, right in the middle. My crush was there and many boys and girls all so me naked. They saw how fat I was and many fell into the pool out of lauging. Even my friends were laughing. I am so fat and everyone saw. I came home looked in the mirror and saw all that disgusting fat. I realized that it would be hell for me on Monday. Oh god how can I make my boobs less big and fat and more firm and strong, how can I lose the weight so maybe I can go to another party like that in a bikini. I hate myself.

Now because that has happened to you (And I'm sorry it has. Kids can be ruthless. Hopefully they will realize what they did) maybe you could use it as a step jump to motivation. Just think, come next September, you can be in super shape. Looking super hot. Haha. And your crush that saw you, well too bad for him. If he is laughing at you he obviously isn't a nice guy. Don't worry about them hun. Come to school next September and make them choke on their laughter! I hope everything goes well!!!:>
Reply from cassidy, Age 14 - 11/06/05 - IP#: 67.41.177.xxx okay, all u have to do is run everyday, for 30 minutes. try in the morning. saty away from all sugar, and try to stay away from bread most of the time, but dont deprive yourself from it, either. Also, how much do u want to lose?in how much time do u want to lose it? anyways, u can lose 10-15 pounds a month. And, also, eat 4 fist-sized meals a day. i'll give u a diet profile for one day: b-fast: apple+cottage cheese OR yogurt lunch:half of a sandwich w/no mayo snack:salad w/tomato, carrots, cottage cheese, walnuts, celery, and balsamic vinagerette dinner:half a portion of what u usually have. If u ever get hungry, always have some fruit or evggie at hand. sorry if i sound so formal, i just say this a lot. lol, i'm extremely embarrassed for u. if u ever wanna talk about anything, my e-mail is foxolicious1212@yahoo.com.
