Ht. 5'1", Wt. 145 - hey, do u all know how i can lose weight? i mean, 10 pounds in about a month and a half or so? i mean, besides the regular um, eat less, excercise more..like, what r good cardio things besides running, or walking, and what r good foods to keep my mind off of eating brownies!

You already know the most basic exercises, running and walking. I really believe they are the best. Some of the workout videos you can get are pretty good, too. But it seems to me like you are looking for a magic cure, that will take no effort. It doesn't exist. You are in charge of your actions, so you make a desicion to go eat the brownies. If you are able to make a conscience decision to do it, can't you decide not to? It really is about control. You just have to stay strong.
