Ht. 5"5, Wt. N/A - hey u guys, i just have a question. wat do u do when u hit a plateau? c, i havnet been losing any weight recently, does this mean i should just eat less, or keep on my diet? answer fast, thanx!

this may sound really weird but if you have been eatting the same thing for a long time your body can get use to it and your metabolism will make it so it only burns off what you take in (our bodies are not made to LOSE weight, they are made to stay alive) so for like a week NO MORE THAN A WEEK!.. eat differently.. even if your eatting more calories all you need to do is get your metabolism back to not being regulated if that makes any since. also if you have been excersing step it up.. maybe work out for an extra 10 minutes or whatever if you havn't been excersing at all then you need to start. hope i helped

I would suggest that you up your exercise a bit. Maybe by 20 minutes (depending on what you're already doing).

Just keep yourself motivated! You can do it :) Ive reashed a few plateaus, but I have over came them. Just focus on eating healthy, not skipping meals or anything, youll get there
