Ht. 5'4.5, Wt. 215 - Hey everybody will you please tell me some good meals. All I ever drink is Dr. Pepper and i know it is bad for me so should i just drink water? How much water should i drink a day? I want to look better by the time i am in high school because i am in the seventh grade right now. Please give me some tips, i got a few but i need more advice. what are some good excersises i can do? Please help me.
Reply from Amy, Age 15 - 11/07/05 - IP#: 144.131.169.xxx You should try to drink 2 litres a day, and cut out soft drinks, maybe one or two on the weekend, but they are really not good for you, espesially diet ones, even though they say diet dont be fooled, they replace sugar with bad chemicals!. Try eating lots of freash foods and also food with low GI. You can find lots of low GI breads and rice's and stuff. Also cut your portions, and halfway through eating a meal, stop for 5 mins and see if your still hungry. Good Luck
