Ht. 5'3, Wt. 147 - hey! I really want to loose 25 pounds at least by the end of winter and I really want get toned. My arms are really flabby and stomach and thighs. My goal is to wear a bikini and actually look good in it! So if I wake up early everyday or everyother day and go on the treadmill for 20 min then do other floor exercises and cut out all junk food and soda do you think I can do it? Please give me some tips!!

You may want to rethink losing 25 pounds, cause you COULD end up thinner than you intended. I think it's better to focus on a size instead of a number, cause I have a freind who is about your age, height and she weighs around 120, and she is so obsessed with losing 10 more pounds, that she doesn't realize how thin she is (She's about a size 4-6,5-7). So yeah, I say make a goal size, not number, and you are set!
