exersize works great too! Try going for a jog and see if the craving is still there.

A lot of the time, people mistake thirst for hunger. Every time you have a craving, and it's between meals and you have already had your morning or afternoon snack, drink a glass of water, and then see how you feel. I don't mean a little cup-ful. I mean drink a BIG glass of water! If you still have a craving after one or two glass-fuls, have a healthy snack like carrots with hummus -- yum!

A good thing to have for a sweet tooth craving is Sugar-free fudgesicles, they are so good! Believe me, I know I've lost 140 pounds. Remember don't deprive yourself, if you want a bowl of ice cream or a cookie, have 1 scoop of ice cream instead of two and you can have 1 cookie just don't eat 5 cookies, know what I mean? I hope I helped and good luck!!!
