Ht. 5'4.5, Wt. 215 - Hey guys you know what I feel happy bout saying this: I am pretty proud of myself. Ok well I did not eat that good but i went outside and ran a little bit with my dog. After that I did leg lifts, I dont know how many maybe 20 on each leg. I did 30 jumping jacks. After that I am drinking water now so i am pretty happy! LOL just had to share my feelings. I am very very motivated!!!!
