Ht. 5'8, Wt. 175 - How did I do today?? For breakfast I had a Bowl of raisin bran, lunch : 2 poptarts, a propel fitness water, and a sandwich and for dinner 2 small rolls and a bowl of raisin bran. Snack I had a hand full of vanilla waeffer cookies (They were reduced fat so for 8 they were 110 calories and 15 fat calories. I think I did pretty well today. We ran the mile in gym I ran 13 laps around our gym, I walked home from school, then road my bike to get the mail, soon I'm gonna be going on the exsercise bike for 30 min. and doing 100 sit-ups + 30 push ups. Please comment on how I did. Thank you!

if u r gonna have poptarts try to only have one instead of both of them cause tehy are really bad for you you exersiced great but try to cut down on carbs and get more protiens in ur diet also make soure u drink a lot alot alot alot alot of water

yeah kellis right.. and you have a lot of carbs i think and not enough protein
