Ht. 5'1", Wt. 170 - Hey guys. I'm 5'1" and 170 lbs. I eat a lot of healthy foods and virtually no junk food whatsoever. I try to go to the gym atleast 2-3 times a week. No matter how hard I try though, I can't lose weight. I'm at a point where I'm really uncomfortable with my body and feel like I need to change. Does anyone have any tips or words of encouragement? Thanks :]

Reply from orcy, Age 14 - 11/07/05 - IP#: 70.172.200.xxx try counting your calories for one day. maybe your eating more then you think you are. as far as it sounds, your doing everything right. are you really big, or is just muscle?? and even if you arent comfortable with your weight, your probably healthy and fit
