Ht. 5'7", Wt. 170 eek !! - ok so howd i do today
brek- kashi bar, low fat/high fiber yogurt, propel
lunch- half a turkey sandwich, carrot sticks, ritz snack mix 100 calorie pack, water
snack- 1 serving of apple cinnamon quaker things, and an apple, propel
dinner- whole wheat pasta, light ceasar salad, water
dessert- cantaloupe
for workout i did a 20 minute treadmill routine that fitness magazine said it burned about 300 cals, but accoring to my treadmill i only burned about 150.. the treadmill was set to less than my weight though but anyway i dont no
i sort of started a strength training routine but then i gave up because i knew i wouldnt stick with and wanna find a strength training routine that i will stick with..
anyway i know i did good healthy wise and calorie wise, but i mostly want to know if you think i had enough fruits/veggies, and all the other things in a diet you need and how i could improve how i eat or improve my workout..thanks

Your doing great unlike many people who do a crash diet and get know nutriton from it and just eat nothin, Good job for eatin healthy! P.S i looooove kashi bars.
