Ht. 5 ft 4, Wt. Readpost for info. - ok i posted before, yesterday, but nobody responded n its pages behind so i thought to post again. Anyone have tips on how to lose fat/ overweight looking area below the ribs near the sides of the abs and below them. This is where it looks overweight on me even though i am not in a poor condition overall. Please comment + tips how to get rid of at least a decent amount maybe 8 lbs of it or so in 3-5 weeks.

ya ty but the thing w/ my stomach is mostly saturated fat which takes alot more then most things to burn... are there any specific excercises u reccommend, cuz tredmill really only gave slight weightloss and stronger leg muscles.

It's a proven fact that you can't spot reduce. Just focus on losing weight, in general, with healthy eating and good cardio exercise. You can work on toning, too, if you would like. toneteen.com has some exercises, you may want to look at.

hey tony. in order to get rid of the fat on the sides, you gotta loose some weight. then go online and look for stomach exercises. some will be for the side abs...wat you are looking for!
