Ht. 5'4 and a half, Wt. 215 - ok hey everybody. well i am on a low cal diet. i had a little thing of cheez its which only had like 300 calories in it then i had a burrito which had like well i dunno how many calories in it but then after that i had a turkey sandwhich with mustard and vegetables. also i had about 15 jelly beans with seventy cals in it. so how did i do today and oh yeah i only drank one bottle of water

Reply from Emily, Age 17 - 11/07/05 - IP#: 71.112.36.xxx No,you need to eat less high calories food and more of it, alot of your food didn't have that much nutrition make sure you get 3 meals and two snacks ad ay and get every thing in the food perimad in there. Trust me I've lost 70 pounds.
