Ht. 5'1, Wt. Don't wanna kno.. - okiez... uhmm I didn't eat lunch or breakfast...I ate a few goldfish an a small peice of a cookie at lunch tho..When I got home I had a packet of top ramen and for dinner I had a bowl of chilli.. I didn't do good today plus I didn't do anything in PE today I plan to go on the gazzelle (sp?) for a while tonight and I will do better tomorrow and actually eat breakfast and lunch..

You need to eat more eating breakfast actually helps you lose weight! Eat 3 meals a day and two snacks make sure their balanced and get all food groups in. Whole grains fill you longer and have way more nutritonal value.

Oh an this can of Nestile milo ? a nutritional energy drink...I had also which was 180 cals per can..
