Ht. 5'6, Wt. 180-190 - Hey, y'all! I have a question. My birthday is on Thurday, and I have an idea. Instead of taking the day off from working out because it's my birthday, I thought it might be a good idea if I added some extra workout into my schedule. I thought I'd walk home from school, then take one of my dogs on a long walk, some home, take the other one on the same walk, and then maybe do some crunches and a tiny bit of weight lifting for my arms. Do you think that is too much or a good idea? I'll probably also do some dancing at my party that night, but I don't know. What do y'all think?

Thanks -- I'll be careful! Plus, the weights only weigh about three pounds each. They're small.

That sounds great just be careful not to heart yourself on weight lifting and have someone nearbye.

If you plan on treating yourself for your birthday, that is like, the perfect amount of exercise...even if you aren't gonna treat urself...is there such a thing as too much exercise?

*Whoops! That was supposed to be Thursday, not Thurday!
