Ht. 5'9, Wt. S.200.C.191.G.150 - I cant break 190 lol... gettin there I guess.. anyhow, I weighed in today and I am 191, last week I was 195. ummm, somethin I learned... watch the fiber intake.. You need lotsa fiber and carbs are actually fuel for our bodies.. but you dont want too many carbs.. you want high protein and high fiber foods. TIP OF THE DAY I GOT----- When you think of push-ups, images of bellowing drill sergeants and groaning army privates may cross your mind. But this old-fashioned exercise shouldn't be intimidating at all -- it's an excellent way to build your upper body strength and tone your arms and shoulders, too. Imagine how great you'll look in tank tops! Now, give me 10! Now, Thanksgiving is coming up... so I hope I have learned better selfcontrol than I think I did. yeahh fiber keeps you full to so you'll eat less, and it helps burn fat.. good job youll get to the 180s soon enough !
