Ht. n/a, Wt. n/a - Okay will someone tell me on how ive done so far today? its 4:07 well For breakfast i had half a piece of bread and 7 grapes and about a cup of milk then for lunch i had half of a roast beef and cheese sandwhih [1 piece of each] and some pomegranite seeds like 15 cuz there small and about 15 punpkin seeds because my mom said pomegranite and pumpkin seeds are really good for you then in the car she gave out snacks and it was a fruit roll up but it had fruit juice in it I did what your suppose to cut you portions in half and now im starving!! i think ill go drink water and see if its just my thirst. Please tell me how i did so far

Try eating more for breakfast like cereal it's prooven that it helps you burn more calories cause eating in the morning jump starts your metabalism for the day. Plus cereal is also another prooven fact that it helps teen girls stay slim. I read it in a health magazine. Good luck:)
Reply from Emily, Age 17 - 11/08/05 - IP#: 71.112.36.xxx Eat more wholgrains they keep you fuller. Try to add a little bit more food to what ur eating to. Like a snack or too. I was very impressed by ur breakfast. Try to get more veggies in. you've had lots af fruits but not enough veggies.
Reply from orcy, Age 14 - 11/08/05 - IP#: 70.172.200.xxx i think you did good but the only thing is you need to be careful because roast beef and cheese can have a lot of fat, but as long as you keep your portions in control its fine.. and the fruit roll up is ok as long as you dont have anything else bad for you today. one small thing a day is fine, but be careful because it probably has some added sugar or other bad things
