Ht. 4"11, Wt. App. 140 - Hey, everyone. I'm a bit over weight, I'd say approximately, 140. I wear a five in pants size, or a five/sixe. Lately, I've let myself go, and I can notice a chunkiness in myself. Although, my friends get angry with me on how i rant on how I'm over weight. Which I believe I am. I'm starting to work out, I'm not out of shape or anything I believe, I jsut wish I could go down a couple pant sizes. My goal, to a three, or a two in evens. (usa) Have and thoughts on how I could do this? Before christmas namely? I'm a pop addict -- I can't live without it, and water isn't my cup of tea. I love comfort food, and it's too cold to really go outside to exercise. Please reply! Love You!

try having diet soda and limiting it to like, a couple times a week. also lift weight, youll lose the chunkiness but you wont actually lose wait, adn youll go down a few pant sizes faster. also do some cardio to burn fat . good luck !
