Ht. 5'4", Wt. started 210 now 175 - If I have a bowl of special K cereal with skim milk for breakfast a salad for lunch and a weight watchers meal for dinner and for snack yougurt is this ok?
Reply from Emily, Age 17 - 11/08/05 - IP#: 71.112.36.xxx Special K has a loooooooot, of sugar. Try puffins cereal it taste great and has low sugar and high fiber. Plus it comes in peanut butter flavor,cinamon, orignal falavor, and more. Kashi go lean is good to.
Reply from orcy, Age 14 - 11/08/05 - IP#: 70.172.200.xxx uhmm i reccomend total, but you might not like that that much, a lot of people dont.. uhmm i personally like kashi go lean cereal.. and kind of has a honey taste and tons of fiber, plus its really good for you .. special k is ok though if you really like it, i mean calorie wise and fat wise its really goood

Reply from orcy, Age 14 - 11/08/05 - IP#: 70.172.200.xxx you might want to eat a little more if that doesnt fill you up, and also special k isnt as good for you as it seems. i mean its low in calories, but its not a whole grain cereal so its relatively low in fiber and white flour (basically that kind of carb) is bad for you and doesnt help you nutritionally wise at all
