Ht. 5'8, Wt. 175 ish - Hey everyon, how did I do so far?? Breakfast (6 am) - A bowl of raisin bran and a banana, Lunch (10:30 am) - A turkey sandwich. If I'm hungry later I'll have some of these fit and active sancks I have. For 8 little rice cakes it's only 60 calories and no trans fat! So how did I do so far?
