Ht. 5'7", Wt. 170 eek !! - hey guys, ok i have a problem. i have done REALLY well the past two days and am extremely motivated to stick to my diet. the problem is, its my sisters friends birthday today and she and her sister (my friend) are coming over for dinner.. were having make your own pizzas (with reduced fat cheese) and ice cream cake.. I know that i will definely be able to avoid both of them, except i dont want to look weird.. should i fill up on salad and have half of an invidual serving pizza? ughh im not sure what to do

how bout u allow urself to eat the "bad food" but dont take any moer than ur cousins (assuming there a small or normal weight) OR just take wahts normal. think of how much u usualy have or are afriad to have and say ur not gunna do that. and have only a bit or pizza and less cake. and take salad with it yea. ull befine

Youre doing great keep up the good work. For the party do this: take a normal amount of pizza and cake but eat only a little. Then pretend to forget about the cake and ice-cream and nobody will notice.
