Ht. 5'6, Wt. 190 - Okay, Ihave a HUGE problem! Literally! I gained five or six pounds in the past few days and I really don't know how I did!!!!! Before, I didn't look like my weight, but now I think I do! I am really upset and I weighed myself before breakfast so I wouldn't have extra weight, and then after I saw I lost my appetite! I love breakfast and I can't live without it, but for some reason, I didn't want to eat it this morning! I know that starving yourself is bad, and I won't do it. I just really want to lose this weight because I am miserable and my BIRTHDAY is TOMORROW and I wanted to look good but I won't look good because I gained so much in the course of only a few days! I have a workout plan, and I want to work out, and I am motivated to lose the weight, but for some reason I just don't do it! I can't actually get up and gho to the gym or whatever. PLEASE HELP I NEED AS MUCH ADVICE AS I CAN GET!!!!!!!!

some of it was probably water weight, so it will come off fast. just drink lots of water, and eat TONS of fruits and vegetables ( more veggies then fruit) even eat more fruits and veggies then usual.. just eat a little less then normal for the next week (dont go to low tho) and intensify your excersice routine a little bit
