Ht. 5'6, Wt. 270 - AM I RIGHT OR AM I WRONG? Sorry for the caps, I just needed your attention, but do you agree that if you start a VEGETARIAN DIET and you lose the weight and you quit being a vegetarian and eat meat in return you will gain weight? You can say what you feel I just want to know am I right or wrong because I went to a health seminar and this question came up!

Reply from Jules, Age 15 - 11/09/05 - IP#: 64.222.54.xxx From what I know, that's not really true. I have been a vegetarian for over a year now (not for weight-loss reasons) and I am not much thinner than when I started. I only got thinner because I was at camp when I started and I got TONS of exercise then -- horsebackriding, swimming, hiking, etc., but it had nothing to do with the change in what I ate.
