Ht. 5'7", Wt. 170 eek !! - hey guys.. ok i can't really find a strength training routine that i like.. does anybody know of any that you dont get bored of , you noticed a difference and it doesnt take to long?? I dont want to have to buy any books though

It's not an official strength training routine, but I suggest Tae-Bo (especially the Advanced tape). They work everything, and they build and tone your upper arms, legs, butt, EVERYTHING!!!!! I'm addicted to it.

i dont think their is a exercise program that u dont get bored of. it also depends on the person. what i do is jump on a trampoline(25-30min),arm curls(25lbs), 200 crunches. i have already noticed a diffrence
