Ht. 5'10, Wt. 200 - Hey, ok i'm so fed up of all the guys saying that im to heavey or tall thats y they wont date me. Also i don't know y but every time i eat i end up wanning to throw up. i think i'm going belimic, can anyone help me with this problem!!!!!!! one last thingI also eat small porportions and still do it. WHATS HAPPENING TO ME!!!!!!!!!!! HELP!!!!!!!!!!!.

Dont throw up after eating, like make sure someone is there and stopping you from heading into that Bathroom! Besides you throwing up isnt helping you lose weight or even worse making you healthy!

Usually people who develop eating disorders dont realize they have one, until they are really far. I'm saying this, as a former bulimic. I think everyone has the urge to throw up, at some point. You just have to make the decision that you are not going down that road, and resist. That all there is to it. You make the decisions on what you eat, if you develop an eating disorder, and that determine your weight loss.

I think what is happening to you is that you are getting obsessed with the amount of food you intake. I think you shouldn't completely focus on the amount of food you eat, but rather exercise. I know every1 isn't the same, but i would exercise 4 times a week and i just watched the amount of food i ate and i lost weight. So, try that and don't get obssesed, because those guys are just too low. Everyone has a right to be loved, no matter how they look.
Reply from orcy, Age 14 - 11/11/05 - IP#: 70.172.200.xxx well atleast you realize goin bulimic is really bad and you know you dont want to do it. just start excersing a lot and eating until your full (but stopping before your to full) and only eating when your really hungry, not when your bored. youll prob notice a difference soon and then youll probably feel a little better
