To lose weight you need to burn more calories than you consume...there it is plain and simple. Looks nice typed, doesn't it? Well, yeah, obviously its not that easy. Simple? Yes. Easy? No. Good luck.

BTW my name is not juelsz its jennifer but your a jennifer so I changed my name to stop confusion
