Ht. 5"0, Wt. 198 - Hi, I am soooo saddddd! I am two pounds away from way 200 pounds and i am only 14!! All of my friends weigh like 125!! I wanna be like that! HOW SHOULD I DO THAT????

Please don't stop eating REAL food. That is completely ridiculous and unhealthy. I know everyone hates saying this but truly, you have to make a lifestyle change in order to lose weight. You can't diet for a week and expect it to stay off. I have lost 28 pounds in 2 and a half months. And it is staying off, which is the important thing. The way I did this was by eating less and eating healthier choices. Also, I walk at least, 1 mile three days a week in my gym class and once winter gets cold here, i will work in the weight room to tone muscles. I am down one pant size and it feels amazing. It may have taken a while but people are actually noticing. Apparently even guys at school are noticing how much me and my best friend are losing. But please remember to be healthy.

It's ok really, just don't eat anything with fat in it for a week! Just drink water and eat veggies and fruit, no REAL food for a week and your guaranteed to lose 5 pounds, Just BELIEVE!
