Ht. 5 ft 5, Wt. :( - i weigh like 139ish and i been runnin on tredmill for 10 min and doin stationary bike for 15 min in addition to whati do in the day and i cant lose weight. If anything i gain weight, and i see myself as fat even though i might not be considered by some, but its making me even more depressed and the lacking of sucess is starting to cause me to lose faith that i can lose weight and not look fat + be miserable about it... anyone have advice or tips, i could really need it.:(

Up your exercise. You are only getting 25 minutes a day. It's reccomended that you do 60 minutes 5-6 times a week.

http://img483.imageshack.us/img483/225/somekid4hj.png found that on the web and hosted it, im not that but kinda close (thinner + thats not me in that), but anyone hav tips on losing 10 lbs or so i really need to get off especially in fat on that area... i really want to look better by mid december/christmas
