Ht. 5' 0", Wt. 125 - Hey,All week I have been dieting and lost 2 pounds. Then, I went beserk on Saturday night and ate 20 cookies!!!! I went from 121 to 125 in one day arghhhhh!! Does anyone have any tips for burning the stuubborn belly fat? When I sit doen I cjust have this tons of fat accumulate in the middle. My legs are really big too. I hate have belly fat I wish I had six pack abs and was all muscular but whatever I do I keep gaining weight. Lat year I was a slim 88 pounds and look where I am now.

well your not to much overweight.. running definetly works your abs though ! good luck !!

running really helps your stomach! try power walking, joggin, or even sprinting up hills!! Its tiring and yes it hurts you legs, but ur stomach muscles are getting a major workout and it totally pays off in the end!!

Actually weighing in at 125 is where I want to be grr.. lol j/m but I no how it feels to gain lots of weight in one day I always do it after sports get over but I think that it is a good weight to be at and as long as you stay away from pop and keep doing crunches then you should lose them extra pounds just as easy as you put them on

well, here's a tip. sucking in can actually help you. it tones up your muscles! but like suck in as in,flex you stomach muscles. if you learn to do it subconciously, it actually helps a bit. but exercising, crunches, teadmill and everything actually help.

First you say you want a six pack it doesnt just happen ova night you have to work at it it takes time hard work and effort and u have to stick with it loseing 2 pounds is a start but then eating 20 COOKIES !!! thats not going to get you anywhere stay away from that stuff or insstead of 20 COOKIES try 1-2 or eat healthy food fruits vegs drink lots of water stay aways from pop and fast food salts and sugar will not do you any good and do some sort of exercise we all hate to do it but it helps alot run walk do crunches push ups but thats all i have to tell ya good luck and i hope you reach your goal .. ***K***
